I hired Squire Design LLC to side my 5,200 sq ft custom home in late spring of 2020. My job was completed on time and under budget, despite additional unplanned work I added with short notice. Multiple extra trips were made at my request without delay in the project schedule. Extra effort was given to address difficult issues we ran into along the way. My attached shop had 12' tall concrete structural support pony walls that had to be sided seamlessly to match the rest of the building, despite not having framing in place for a flush surface on the face of my shop. The crew went out of their way to plan and execute custom construction to make my place look perfect. On short notice I asked the crew to install tongue and groove Douglas Fir on both front and back patios instead of hardy back soffit. The crew took the extra time to square up framing that was out of line for a perfect finished product. With Square Design LLC you get what you pay for. Clean, straight work done on time with attention to detail always spot on. The experience shows in the quality of work performed. I highly recommend them if timely, clean quality work is what you desire.

Square Design has been my go-to contractor on multiple occasions but the biggest engagement was the siding on my house. A family owned business that prides itself on quality of work, honesty, and communication is hard to come by these days. I've even called the owner to ask for recommendations for things outside of his typical line of work because I trust that he'll provide me with a good recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to put my own name on the line when I say that Square Design will provide high quality work, consistent honesty and communication if there's issues, and guaranteed fair pricing. Our experience with Jared with Square Design LLC was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done the correct way. Jared made sure to discuss all needed repairs, why, and expectations of us both. All repairs were made in a timely and professional manner. Repairs on the house consisted of a complete new roof, residing one entire side of our house and replacing rotted facia boards. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the new siding and roof as it all was completed beyond our expectations. Jared recently sided my house with Hardie Plank. He got it done surprisingly fast, considering that it is a big house. My wife and I were satisfied with the service he provided, along with how professional, and courteous he and his crew is. Above all he does great work, and is reasonable in price. I am building a shop this summer, and will likely have him back to side that also.
